Q: How do I place an order?

A: 1) Send us your detailed information customized version type, ball clothing technology, color, logo, size, quantity, etc. 2) We would quote you the price. 3) After all details confirmed, we can submit the trade assurance order or send you the Proforma Invoice. 4) After paid, then we could arrange for production.

Q: How can I request samples and how much it costs ?

A: We can make samples as your detailed requirement as long as you send us the detailed information. As for the costs, it depends on the fabric, gsm, color, printing and so on. Please contact us for costs.

Q: How long it will take for samples making and delivery ?

A: Generally sample making will take about 2-5 days after sample order is confirmed. We usually send the samples via DHL express, which takes about 3-5 working days.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?

A: Our MOQ is 1 pieces per style per color.

Q: Is it possible to have my logo and private label on the products I ordered ?

A: Yes, logo and private label service is available for us. We can do variety of printing and embroidery method like silk screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, pyrography printing,silicone print,3D print,offset printing, foil printing and so on.

Q: How do you guarantee your product quality?

A: We have our own professional internal QC team to check all products before shipment. We also produce for some of the largest brand in the world. You can be rest assured of our product quality. Customers are welcome to come and inspect their goods during production.
